  • How do I know my order was received and it will be shipped?
    • Once your order is received and validated, you will receive an email which includes your order information and a confirmation number.
  • I do not wish to use my credit card over the internet.
    • Our website uses state of the art encryption to ensure your information will not be viewed by unauthorized parties.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    • We only offer online ordering.  If you have questions please feel free to use our "Contact Us" feature.  We wish to offer you the best buying experience possible and part of that is keeping our costs down so we can offer you the best price possible.  Additionally, online ordering using our online form reduces potential mistakes in the order process since you are allowed to enter the information exactly as you wish it to be spelled.
  • How long will it take my order to ship from the time the order is placed?
    • Customer orders will ship within 48 hours.
  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    • We are located in Charlotte, NC so it depends on what UPS Zone you live in and what shipping method you choose.
  • Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
    • Due to P.O. Box limitations we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.  We ship via UPS.
  • What is the SurePost shipping option?
    • SurePost starts with UPS and the last leg is delivered by the USPS.  The savings are significant (nearly 50% discount) but it takes an extra day or two to arrive.
  • What happens if I am not at home when my package is delivered?
    • UPS will leave your package on your doorstep.  If you choose the SurePost option, the Postal Service will make several attempts to deliver the package.  If they are unsuccessful in those attempts, they will leave a note on your door with instructions.
  • Can I make special shipping arrangements?
    • Unfortunately UPS works on a routed schedule and will not make exceptions.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
  • Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
    • Yes, we are required by law to charge sales tax.
  • Can I use my own picture instead of the stock photo used in the Sepia style?
    • Our website is not set up to accept personal photographs at this time but this is an option we are currently exploring.
  • Can I change the wording of the certificate?
    • Not at this time but we are looking into this as an option in phase 2.  There is a space on our preview form where you may include a personal message of up to 106 characters.
  • Can I change the font used in the certificate?
    • Not at this time but we are looking into this as an option in phase 2.
  • What steps are taken to protect my personal information?
    • God's Little Gift uses cutting edge technology to protect your personal information.  See our Security Page at the bottom of the home screen for more information.
  • What should I do if there is a problem or error on my order upon receipt?
    • Please use our "Contact Us" page and send us an email.  Someone will contact you within 24 hours.
  • What are your return / guarantee policies?
    • See our Product Policy at the bottom of the home screen.
  • What is a promo code?
    • We have retail partners that assist us in selling our products.  In store customers receive a code which they can use to place an order on our website and receive a discount.
